My DS was dx with crohn's at age 7 and juvenile Spondylarthritis associated with inflammatory bowel disease at the end of June at age 10.
Its in both hands and runs independant of his crohn's flares .
He was on humira for crohn's prior to dx of JSpA.
Rheumo added Mtx to that.
