My son diagnose as JIA when 5y old thats 2-3 year back. I from Malaysia, it consider rare disease no professional specialist in JIA. Starting at his left knee and become both knee after 2 month time and both angle. We bring him go through 1y + treatment at Singapore KK hospital. A/Prof Thaschawee (Tash) Arkachaisri diagnose and give NSAID. But the condition getting worst as time goes by, the last time doctor was told me that his hip was infected need injection operation to control.
I feel cant go any further in this way, and try to search around any other way to help him reduce pain. Finally last year i found 1 very effective method help him reduce pain and swell. After 1 year he now getting better, and seldom reoccurrence again.i very happy finally found a way to control his disease.
I send message here wanted to share my experience with others for this. is this place suitable for experience sharing or point me to some place to help others. Thanks..
